Reflexology: A Holistic Treatment
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which aims to bring balance to the body. By stimulating different areas of the feet, which act as a sort of “map” to the rest of the body, reflexology supports all body systems, reducing the intensity of many common ailments.
Whether you are looking for a once off treatment to promote relaxation or more on-going support to help alleviate a particular concern, reflexology treatments are always tailored to your unique needs. Reflexology has become one of the most popular complementary therapies in Ireland, with thousands experiencing the benefits of this ancient practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TREATMENT
A reflexology treatment is performed with you lying down (or semi-reclined), fully clothed except for the feet and lower legs. Reflexology is deeply relaxing and helps restore and rebalance all your body systems, including your nervous system. Many clients will fall asleep during the treatment. Each reflexology treatment takes approximately 45 minutes (plus 10 minutes for a consultation since your last treatment) and costs €60 per session.
CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE
You may be able to claim back some or all of the cost of your treatment. Check your insurance policy and if you can, I am more than happy to issue you a receipt.
HOT STONE REFLEXOLOGY
Using hot stones during a reflexology treatment adds an additional element of stress relief. The heat from the stones promotes relaxation and allows the therapy to work at a deeper level.

In most cases, yes. If you are sensitive to products, we can always work around that and use the most gentle of oils. The pressure applied to the skin is tailored to your needs and my goal is to always ensure you are comfortable. If your skin is very dry, cracked or you have psoriasis/eczema, I would avoid treating over particularly inflamed areas.
The products used during the treatment may contain the following: coconut oil, beeswax (in balms), apricot seed kernel oil, shea butter and sesame oil.
