The journey of trying to conceive is filled with ups and downs for many couples. These weekly yoga classes act as a retreat where you can have an hour of complete peace and nourishment. These classes are designed to support your mind, body and spirit. The physical postures, or asana, are carefully curated to support your fertility, facilitating and enhancing the heart / womb connection.

Whether you’re looking for a way to support your natural cycle or you’re going through the process of assisted reproductive technology, like IVF, these classes will assist your hormones and circulation while trying to conceive.

Classes are small and intimate so you feel at home and taken care of. They are held at the Ballyneety Hub on Thursday evenings from 7-8 pm. Use the calendar feature below to book your class.

Yoga has the power to help balance your hormones, stimulate blood flow to your reproductive system and regulate your nervous system. All of these benefits combined assist with egg quality, stress reduction and a more balanced cycle.

    For those who are not trying to conceive, yoga for fertility can help balance your cycle and assist with conditions that impact your cycle, like PCOS (polycystic ovaries), endometriosis and more.

  • There are many different forms of yoga that you may have come across. Yoga for fertility is not a particular style, although it is inspired by the slower pace of restorative yoga. In these yoga classes we focus on poses, breathing techniques and visualisations that prepare the mind, body and spirit for conception. We adapt the practice to coincide with your menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases (if you are having a cycle).


  • No experience is necessary to join these classes. Everyone is welcome and you will be supported throughout your journey. You are encouraged to listen to and honour your body during yoga classes.

  • Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and blanket with you to sit on and/or cover yourself with during our relaxation. If you forget these items, no worries, I always have some extras!

  • These classes are 100% adaptable and supportive for those who would like to support their overall menstrual health but are not trying to conceive. I’ve had people attend classes who have an irregular cycle, polycystic ovaries, endometriosis and more. You will be made to feel welcome and supported.
