Weekly Pregnancy Yoga Classes
Five week term occurring on Tuesday evenings or Friday mornings at the Urban Co-Op, Limerick
Every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30 pm (Starting Jan. 14th)
Every Friday from 10:30 am (Starting Jan. 10th)
No matter how far along you are in your pregnancy, taking the time to move mindfully is beneficial for both you and your baby. This gentle form of yoga will help you connect with your changing body, your baby and will help ease many of the common discomforts associated with this time in your life.
During pregnancy yoga you can expect a comprehensive class which focuses on movement, relaxation, breath work and guided visualisation. Each set of classes is designed to enhance your strength, relieve stress and help you prepare for birth.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs before the 3rd January. Following this time, full or partial refunds will only be provided if another person takes your place in the class.
